DeJin make manufactured Nov 2023 indicating that these are brand new , never used.Visual condition excellent voltage range 3,295-3,296 not swollen.Delivered by train to Poland in 45 days instead declared 30-35 days.This looks like due to delay in Belarus transit.Communication with seller excellent.
